MAKE THE EMAIL FIELD IN VENDOR REMIT TO REPORTABLE!!

there's an email field in Vendor remit to tab of Vendor Database that I cannot pull onto a report. tech support says that product management isn't adding all fields as reportable (huh? that's insane!) Why have a field in a database that i cannot pull out? we need to review and update Vendor emails and cannot do it easily now because i cannot pull that field onto a report. please add it in report writer!
