display dealer name from (L0) location 1 parameter on DDMSPlus Admin before and after logging in

it would be helpful if Admin displayed the dealer name from (L0) before you login and then at the top of the Admin window after logging in similar to how the user is displayed next to the Logout button.

This would benefit users who regularly connect to multiple hosted DDMSPlus dealers.
