Machine Detail screen

The option to Inquiry or Change should be required to be answered by the end user prior to entering the Machine Detail screen This screen opens to live data, the end user should be forced to request to be able to make changes in this screen, it should open as inquiry only. As designed, it is a ticking timebomb.
