Checkout Page - "Discounts or Free Items are available" - Flaw/Bug

If a Users "Price" settings are set to "Do not Display Pricing" when they reach the checkout page the system incorrect believes the items are "Free" and displays "Discounts or Free Items are Available"


ECi support suggested this would be an "Enhancement" to fix and I should post on the Ideas Portal.
