PO Analysis - Sort by Cost Fields

Currently, if you try to sort by cost or extended cost, it sorts by the first digit, instead of by the actual cost. We want the ability to sort by the actual number in these fields.

    Hi Gail, this sounds like a bug in my opinion. I'm setting this to "Other Non-Idea" and I'm turning in a defect. We should be able to address it in the next sprint.
