Keep active window in front of other windows instead of being hidden behind them automatically.

When I have a report window open, I need to access information in other modules while referencing the information on the report. However, the report window is hidden as soon as I click anywhere else. This affects Preview Reports, Order Analysis, Purchase Order Analysis, and other similarly designed modules.
