Make Transfer Inventory Order have an option to default to "Received Quantities"

When some transfers are received between stores, the user may not be paying attention, and they just click ok. Now the items transferred are not filling tickets as was desired. Purchasing has to spend the time to manually fill tickets and make adjustments to inventory. Having this box have the ability to default would be a safe option and a time saver.
