Customers often order something incorrectly or provide us with incorrect information for their orders and then have to return the item. We do not want that item to show in their order history on the Order Entry screen. We reference the history to determine what the customers ordered in the past and when incorrect items are still showing, it causes more errors since we can't tell at a glance that it was something returned. For instance, they often accidentally order a half carton of paper or HP brand toners when what they really want is a full carton of paper or remanufactured toners.
