UPDATE CTN COUNT IN SHIPPING MANIFESTS TO DEFAULT TO 1 NOT BLANK

When the L8 'Set ctn from third party carrier is set to No the 'CTN' count field (regular bin located items) defaults to a 1 on shipping manifest for orders that have a bin located item on them but if you set that same parameter to Yes the CTN count field (regular bin items) now defaults to a blank. That seems wrong. Setting this parameter to Yes allows for 3rd party carriers to upload their carton counts for orders filled by wholesalers but that shouldn't change the default for this field to a blank, now we have to go in and touch every ticket to update the CTN field to a 1 when it should already be defaulted to a 1. the default should not change because we are also receiving carton counts from wholesalers, seems like broken programming. the field should default to 1.
