Display contract numbers on Line Item Detail screen when DDMS overrides pricing on orders.

When orders are placed online, EvolutionX uses what it has received from DDMS for current, live pricing. Sometimes, DDMS sees that there is a flyer assigned to a customer that offers better pricing, so it adjusts the pricing. When this happens, it clears the Contract # field in the Line Item Detail screen for the affected item on the order. We then need to do some digging to determine where the pricing for that item came from. It would be nice for DDMS to just put the flyer or contract Id in that Contract # field when it adjusts the price of that item.
