Drop-down menu for PO number in Short-Buy Purchasing

When I go into Short-Buy and wish to add items to an existing PO, I have to type the PO number in the "User Assigned PO Number" field. A drop-down menu at that point that brings up all the open POs for that vendor would be a big help, and eliminate mistyping a number.
