Delivery Manifest won't let you transfer a ticket from a manifest after it's departed, but (TS) does. So if they have a ticket that's not delivered today, text-based is the only way to manage it.
We can't delete it from a manifest either, which would be nice if they wanted Delivery Manifest to auto-add it to a route the next time they build.
The other issue here is that if they go through (TS) to transfer it to another route, this does not update JumpTrack so the ticket will show up in the JumpTrack app on both manifests. The app shows the delivery# (ticket/invoice) and customer name, and not that it's coming from 2 different manifests. The only thing you can do is go to MyJumpTrack.com and delete the ticket from the original manifest.
