If your internet is down and/or PlanetPress is down, you are unable to print.
In DDMSplus Admin Email/Print Manager, you can view the first 30 lines of a job. It would be helpful if you could view and then click a link to download the entire job so you can email the file to whoever needs to see it or print it directly to a printer.
Tis exact thing happened to us less than a month ago and we were scrambling. I wholeheartedly agree. You should be able to get to the data and download it so that you can get it into PP Machine and printed.
