It would be very helpful to have a manual for the customer module. This would contain information on all the fields and their possible codes and meanings.
Example: Order Entry 2 tab ; Statement Exempt field ; choices: E=email, N=print, Y=none. This is necessary (or not) for all departments. The email used is on the main account only, not the departments.

As was mentioned, the F1 key will bring up help on specific fields. Also, if you click Customer Doc in User Guides, it will take you straight to the Customer Management section of Help.

Hi, you can click into any of those fields and then press the F1 function key and the DDMS online help will come up and tell you what the field is for and if it's pre-programmed it will give you all of the options for that field.
