I understand in today's world we need to be very careful about protecting our on-line processes but we are selling office supplies not plutonium. If there are dealers that feel this is necessary for their security than it should be an OPTION not forced upon all dealers. We all have a different way of handling our business that works for us and our customers. This new process doesn't work for my customer in my marketplace. My customers want simple. If we make it difficult for them to do business with us they simply won't. Not being able to control the password we send to a customer and use the same email address for multiple users is making the process harder for my company and more importantly for my customers. Please change it back with an option to use secure passwords.

We are reversing all the changes made for the enable strong password. For redesign we are working with our customers for a better experience. In some cases there may be compromises in the name of security but we'll do our best. I agree we aren't handling plutonium. We still have to remain compliant with security as we do handle sensitive data that is important to our customers and yours.
