Add Multiple Depts. to Multiple users at the same time

I would like to be able to add mass add multiple depts. to multiple users on an account. If there were a check box of all the departments and a check box list of all the users on the same screen where I could match up which users should have the selected departments added to their profile, it would save a lot of time. My current issue is for an account where there are hundreds of depts, but the users can't all have access to every dept. I am having to manually add the new department to each user individually. Not efficient in the slightest. Small QOL change that would be greatly appreciated :)
