THE ABILITY TO INCREASE COST ON ORDERS BY A PERCENTAGE WHEN RECEIVING LINES ON PO'S

we would like to be able to increase the cost on orders tied to PO's when receiving PO's. for some PO's that have tickets tied to them we need to increase the 'A.cost' on the order when the lines on the PO are received. we do not want to increase the cost on the line on the actual PO, the PO cost would stay the same but if there was a prompt to 'increase cost for orders tied to PO' and we could enter a percentage when we received the PO and could enter a percentage that the system programming would use to update and increase the cost for that line on the order so item 123 is on PO# 456 and that line is for order# 789 when we receive the PO we would want all lines to increase the cost on the order to whatever percentage we enter while receiving the PO without changing the cost on the PO itself but to push the percentage we enter out to the A.cost on the order for those lines on that PO. This would prevent us from having to go into each order after the PO has been received and manually update the A.cost on the order
